Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that are:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- Free from damage or alterations
Custom & Print-on-Demand Items
Since our products are custom-made just for you, we can only accept returns or exchanges for items that are:
- Defective or damaged upon arrival
- Incorrect items or sizes
- Printing errors or quality issues
How to Start a Return
Contact our customer service team at support@mystore.com with your order number and photos of the item. We'll provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
